We Worked in East Nusa Tenggara Indonesia. We supported community in West Timor to maintenance and operation water system and suistanable agriculture in Lebatukan sub district, Lembata distict. We trained teachers, head teachers and school supervisors of positive discipline in West and East Nusa Tenggara Indonesia.

We foster a culture of transparency/open communication, mutual trusts, respect for differences and opinions of others, inclusiveness, and personal empowerment through the use of a variety of appropriate and timely communication strategies.
